When does server 2 go up?

I was wondering when it's decided server 2 goes live?
I'm kind of disappointed that most times I get to play, I spend my time sat looking at a full server 1 and a closed server 2.
Why isn't it just open all the time? Or at least open of an evening to avoid players being stuck not playing.

Server two is an overflow for server one. I'm not staff myself but I believe they don't want only one or two people on server two as they can use it for money farming and not roleplay.

Server 2 is usually automatically opened around the 8PM Restart if Server 1 is full or something along those lines, someone correct me if i'm wrong.

Server 2 is currently under maintenance, Will be up within the hour if the numbers on S1 are solid.
