We are officially confirming we’re having a Tanoa Server! We’ll be releasing this publically on the Apex release date (currently dated July 11th).
Please bear in mind that to play on this server, you will need to have purchased Apex.
You can do this on steam, or the BI Store

Actually it was stated somewhere that everyone on Tanoa has a clean slate and that you have to reapply for white-listed factions as your current standing with the police is only valid in a country at least 9000 Miles or 14484.1 Kilometers away.

Also I too want to know an exact time of Server opening as i'm expecting the server is going to be very popular so I want a chance to actually get into the server without having to wait for a spot to open up. According to https://dev.arma3.com/post/sitrep-00163 the Apex release will come sometime in the Evening of Central European Time. My prediction is that it will be released 7 pm CET which means for me it will open at 2 pm EST.

It says no where that you have to re apply for whitelisted factions?

Where did you see this? I've never seen anyone say that.
