Whats Actually allowed for a bank job?

Hello, me and a few people were thinking about robbing the bank somewhat soon, not today or tomorrow but in a week or so, I have a few questions in regard to this

Question 1: Is a armed offroad allowed? and if it is, and the police and us are having a shootout, Can we shoot the police vehicles/choppers are are in pursuit or that are currently coming to engage us?

More in depth: Lets say we start the heist, and we text the police saying we do not want to have negotiations unless you give us a certain amount, We would be allowed to shoot on site a heliocopter that might be dropping people off with the armed off-road and also would be able to shoot ground troops and also vehicles since we are in a firefight?

Question 2: how long is the bank robbery to get the gold out?

Question 3: How would we know if there is negotiations?

Question 4: If we kill cops, Can a medic revive them before we leave? Also if they respawn/healed are they allowed to know that a robbery is currently taking place and are they allowed to come?

1.Yes, rules are laxed during bank jobs.

2.About 10 minutes to get the gold. Bolt cutters through two doors and a five minute blasting charge on the vault. Exiting varies due to police prescence.

3.You must request negotiations,police do not know who is conducting the bank job until they get there.

4.The medic should not as it is a hostile environment and yes they can come back in 15 minutes with NLR(New Life Rule.)

It's a bit of a cheap move to say we do not want negotiations unless you give us a certain amount. It limits the role-play and basically ends in a messy gunfight. Just a heads up we already had one rebel group in the past shoot on sight at every bank job and they are no longer with us. 

Question 3: How would we know if there is negotiations?

To the contrary of what some people may say, we are police so we will always try to sort out negotiations. If however you do fire at us first then the chances of us shooting back are almost 100%. Don't give us a reason to shoot and we will negotiate till the sun goes down.

Well if i am with a group of 5 to 7 people and all you guys offer us is 2 mill, thats only like a couple hundred to split evently, I am not going to say some high price but i will not get low balled on the amount eaither

I'm pretty sure what vacatio and noz are trying to say is that it's fine to have a minimum amount in your head, but you still have to RP the negotiations somehow.
