What warrants crushing of a vehicle?

just wondering what warrants the crushing of a vehicle an what doesn't, I recently had my hemmit crushed for knocking down walls and evading police, I've seen loads of people evade police and not get their cars crushed.

I thought that drug useage and if it was used to explode an kill a person warrants a crush. Anyone care to clarify with the exact rules please?

Evading police and knocking down walls probably put you in the dangerous driving category and would warrant a scrap. It's up to the discretion of the officer whether they really do scrap it or not.
