What vehicles and helicopters are scrapable by civilians ?

My Mohawk disappeared so i was  wondering hich vehicles and helicopters are scrapable by civilians ?

Any vehicle can be scrapped at scrap yard but the large vehicles like Blackfish is gonna be hard

You are not able to scrap: Hellcats, Hurons, Blackfishes

Now I am not sure about the Mowhawk or the Taru as I never took particular interest in them.

You are able to scrap Humming Birds.

All Jets are non-scrapable from what I can gather.

All vehicles are scrappable with the exception of hellcats Hurons blackfishes, and I'm not sure on the taru but I don't think it is scrappable. I assume jets are not scrappable.

Taru is not scrapable but is illegal and police will scrap it

mohawks are able to get scrapped by civis, it is also the biggest helicopter that can be scrapped at the scrap yard
