I see a lot of people record what they play just because something might happen like vdm, rdm etc. But what do u guys use. I used action mirillis but that takes a lot of space for just a few min of recording.

 
I use shadow play, I know a lot of people also use plays.tv

These are both good because you can save a recording AFTER the situation has taken place.

Useful because you can save footage and get evidence when you're not expecting something to happen.

If you have a NVIDIA graphics card you can use Shadowplay that is probably already on computer if you have Geforce Experience installed  

or there's a program called OBS that I personally  use once you set it up it's good!!

I personally record everything as you never know if there is going to be something really funny about to happen!!

and then some of the community use plays.tv as well

Remember to set it up correctly, you can specify the length of time you capture etc. so make sure it's over 5 seconds otherwise the whole exercise would be pointless!

A recommended time for capturing situations like a case of VDM is 5 minutes, that'll give the admins a good idea of the entire situation instead of the actual incident itself (EG. Someone could tamper with footage if cut short enough, in these situations, the longer the footage, the more reliable the case)
