A lot of modern prebuilt computers come with it. Windows 8.1 also has a slightly higher framerate in very modern games, which is pretty much the only benefit of ever using it.
It's also a pile of shit, you're better off waiting till windows 10 comes out plus a few months for them to "iron out" any fuck ups in it

It's being touted that the performance of Windows 10 in video games will be considerably improved, apparently in response to the increase in number of PC gamers. It's likely that if this is the case, it'll come later. Hopefully.
