What kind of barriers can you pick up?

What barriers can you pick up? Ones from dead cops or ones placed or both? Once placed can you pick them up again?

cops can pick up placed, civs can only get the item from dead cops, and it can be placed but not picked up

the new perk just enables you to place them when you have picked them from a body to my knowledge. without the perk, you cannot place them down.

This also, i believe it's all whitelisted slots bar unmc can have fulll control on the road diversions

We can pick them up and down, all road blocks all spikes, if perked, i can loot cases off the officer of blocks and spikes however if not spced i cant pick them off the ground if already placed, thankfully i specced it

Yeah I'm pretty sure civs can pick up all the items after the police have placed them (with the perk).

It used to be that Civs could only place down. That has recently changed.

Without perk: Police and NHS can place down and then pick back up. Civs can only pick up from bodies, and cannot place down.

With perk: Civs gain access to same powers as Police and NHS.
