Back from the dead
United Non-Conformist Military Core (I think that's what it stood for, close enough anyway).
They were a whitelisted rebel faction which owned the north-right part of Altis, and anything past their border was their country.
They were removed about 6 months ago, I forget why, but they're coming back sometime soon.
