What is the average price for a house?

I would say the average price is probably around 1 Million, maybe 1.5 million.

Small ones can cost only 500k, but larger ones can go up to 2.5 million or above.

Finding houses for 500k can be a bit of a challenge My house cost 2.5 million and that is more than big enought for 2 persons to live in 

Most houses you see in cities like kavala or athira go for about 1.000.000 to 2.500.000

Well, for 500k I use the term "House" liberally... dilapidated shack might be more appropriate.
