What is Squad.xml?

I saw on the gang applications page that there is something that is called Squad.xml but i dont know what it is? Can someone explain?

You get a image / logo for your group on the uniform (If the uniform is compatible with it).
The image / logo also shows on the side of your vehicle.

BUT; It comes with ALOT of lag, I believe server 1 has this disabled due to this, so its not recommended!
