What is Spice and where to sell

At the factory you can craft spice from weed and heroin. But what can you do with it and if its just to sell, where can you sell it?

You can sell it at the prison dealer at the HMP, it isnt worth it imo.

AFAK you cannot even get into the prison to sell it, because if you fly in you get teleported out...
