What is AR Weapon cache

A couple of days ago i saw the AR Weapon Cache. Me and my friend couldn't get in or do something around there, so anyone knows what you can do there ? Or is it decoration

Pretty sure its bugged at the moment but before it was you could rob it with an industrial codebreaker. You unfortunately wouldn't get weapons

You basically get weapons bags which you take to the weapons stashing to get a small reward its not worth it unless you can think of an RP story and try and roleplay it. Would probably get more money that way!
