so after arriving at NPAS i see a load of police cars lined up, they later inform me they were setting up a checkpoint to which didn't go as planned

apparently it caused lag, which is understandable (more things for the server/client to render). i think that was the cause of the removal anyways.

I believe another reason for their removal was that if you ran into the barriers you died. So much money lost to an orange fucking barrier.
