nVidia GTX 960 is supposedly a good card, and within your 150-200 range.

Personally I use a GTX 960 which gets me 30-60 fps depending on if i am in kavala or not or if i am on a full server. so i strongly recommend it. I found this rather nice MSI one for just over £180 http://www.amazon.co.uk/MSI-Nvidia-960-Gaming-Graphics/dp/B00UHHXXH8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1446495544&sr=8-1&keywords=gtx+960+4gb.
Thanks you for all your suggestions. However my graphics card  is small, around 8-9 inches. SO are these card you guys recommended 11 inch cards?

Arma is more cpu based. I got a Asus GTX 660 TI OC 2GB and a I7 4790k @4,4GHz and get 40 - 60 fps in kavala.
So if you want more fps in arma 3 you  could better upgrade your CPU I think.
I also had a AMD FX-8120 and doubled, some times tripled my fps.

But if you want it for other games a GTX 960 would be good like the guys above me said ^^

Arma is indeed more CPU based, however other games are more GPU intensive. Assuming you want to play more than just arma @Sam Jones i would recommend you pony up a little extra and upgrade beyond what you require now, and instead for what you might need later.

2GB GTX960s are already being phased out. Granted your case seems to be the confining element here - but it seems almost insane to pay the same amount for a 2gb 960 as you could pay for the 4GB version. What case do you have? Maybe there are drive cages that can be moved or something to accommodate a larger card. Unless it's mini ITX or something.

Yea always invest in the future. It would be stupid if you need to upgrade again in 2 years.
