What drug run is easy and pays the most?

If you pay for a trade pass at the Poseidon checkpoint you get access to our High grade drug fields. You get protection from Poseidon and you get roughly £1.4 million per hemmet box

 
Don’t buy a trade pass and do diamonds instead, just hop Poseidon boarder. Pay 850k but are fully legal and you can get police protection of you request it 

 
High grade Marijuana, High grade Cocaine, High grade Heroin

 
LSD pays the most but got nerfed as you can’t use Poseidon drug processor so it takes longer. Sell at Poseidon drug dealer

Agree with @George-Harris , especially the high-grade weed, really quick (maybe 30 min with a hemmet, less with a Huron) and safe as Poseidon will hopefully protect you against any rebels

But Poseidon need to set it up and they don't always set weed up but cocaine instead and that is a lot worse, so unless you play when the server is as busiest it won't be up 

Otherwise, you can always do salt in a Huron and get a fuck ton of money without having to pay for any overpriced border pass
