I wonder what you need to rob the RBA international reserve?

Boltcutter and blasting charge?

10 cops on?

Need boltcutters to open doors and a code breaker (brought from blackmarket and rebel outposts.) to actually be able to start taking money. As for amount of police needed, probably 10. Not 100% on that though.

EDIT: Am idiot, been a while sorry!. Just need a codebreaker to break open the door, minimum of two/three doors need to be actually broken before you can retrieve the money.

Not quite.

Codebreaker for the doors. Thats it?

 
1 code breaker which will run you £40,000 bought from blackmarket in the UNMC lands or from the rebel outpost which is a redzone. You need to go through 2 doors to get to the money room.

Does the AR weapon cache work the same way? I open the door on the outside with a code breaker but when I try to open the doors inside it says "not near a door"
