What can i do when a gang calls friends from other gangs?

Hello, everytime my gang is fighting with other gang the other guys call friends from other gang with choppers hunters etc to scout us and more to kill us, what the hell are we supposed to do? Risk killing the scouter to be banned for RDM? or am I supposed to just let them scout me and kill me? cant message cause its meta gaming. what can i do?

If anyone, no matter what gang they're in fire at you. You have the right to fire back, Also if they're calling allies in then call your allies in to.

we dont have allies yet, but the pilot scouting never shoots, only snitchs on out positioning and if we need to wait for them to shoot isnt that rdm from them? cause if i shoot first  they can say that they were just passing by and report me for RDM
