What can I do as a Bounty Hunter?

I see that Bounty Hunter has been implemented into the server again and that it cost 2Mil to get the license. All I wanna know is what perks do you get as a bounty hunter?
Do you get any perks at all?
How much do you earn?
Do you earn based upon the Bounty on the player?
Are you allowed to have weapons in public or not?
Because I have seen a few ones walk in Kavala market with a gun on their back (some sort of SMG or something)

You get a little app where you can see wanted people and how far away they are from you, you will get half of their bounty if you catch them and turn em in, you get a smg with rubber bullets and a taser you are allowed to use them in public but try not to do so unless you have confirmed the identity of a criminal and you have no other choice, you are not allowed to buy rebel gear @outpost while you have you're BH license.

 
Before you buy the licence make sure you read the rule around the Bounty hunter. 

Its hard work and you will not be to loved by rebels bad its something completely different. 

 
BH can be fun, but if u join it dont expect any love from rebels, However a perk is that cops such as myself will gladly give u a bit of money every now and then for helping us out :)
