What are the rules on robbing the new Banks?

Hi as of the new update there's banks in the 3 major towns, was looking through the rules as a guideline of what to expect when robbing them and what you can and cannot do but didn't see anything about them. So, was wondering what are the rules of robbing a bank.

They are exactly the same as robbing fuel stations if that helps.
