Description of what happened:
Well during a rather unsavoury situation at the air garage after I had heard shots there I went to investigate, next thing I know the PCSO I was on patrol with has restrained someone and is running back to the car with him, at this point he puts him in the car. Shortly after we drove off and received a death threat from the person who was restrained, at which point I decided to do my utmost to retreat back to the station where more officers may have been located. During my attempts at returning to the station, I was rammed by a sports hatchback clearly trying to ,stop my vehicle, which put me into a spin and lead to me careering into a wall disabling my car.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
1C) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and punished by a ban
 
3A) VDM - Vehicle Death Match Definition:

 Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, using a vehicle with the purpose of making it explode are all considered a form of VDM here (Punishment is a ban)

 However using the following vehicles to immobilise each other (eg. Hunter VS Ifrit or Strider VS Ifrit etc) is permitted in roleplay for whitelisted factions or people in ownership of a rebel membership - Hunter/Strider/Ifrit

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Yes at which point I even told him that he should just go away with the meaning that he wasn't going to be reported at which point I left the room in which we were discussing the scenario to leave an impartial mentor to deal with him. I was in a hurry due to the fact that I had someone shouting for me to help them in my house.

Firstly the you claiming VDM is absurd because even PCSO Jordan said whilst we were talking about it that on his screen I went through the car which literally proves it was just my desyncing about so we can throw that one out of the window right away.

Now onto me being abusive from this very very short clip it looks like I'm being abusive and yes I did break the rule 1C however when you're being ganged up on like I was in that teamspeak room and being accused of doing something wrong that I legitimately didn't do because of desync then you tend to get angry at those accusing you. I was keeping it calm and collected until you pushed me over the edge when you so rudely told me to "go away" and I snapped. This is meant to be an adult community and when people are recording conversations and literally trying to get people to say something bad in order to get them banned it really makes me question how you can be a part of that community.

Now the fact that you are claiming I record conversations to get people banned is absurd, it just so happened that I was not in the room with you when the words were said and it also just so happens that the person that recorded it was in game at the time and I assume had shadow play running so he quickly recorded it. I would like to explain why I told you to go away, with a life outside of ALUK and a busy night planned, I was being called by a person who was picking up some stuff for a bake sale I was part of the next day, apologies for me being rude and causing you to snap. However I do not believe that the abusive behaviour shown was something that should be part of this community hence this report. The gentleman who recorded the remark was as astounded as I was when I heard the remark, even when I had implied I wasn't going to report you by leaving the dispute early.

Regardless of the swearing, during our encounter on team speak I made sure that I had at least one impartial mentor for the discussion, now I would like to ask that who you thought were ganging up on you and this really should not have been the case, and I am sure if you felt so inclined you could raise the fact that you felt ganged up on during a mentor dispute to the mentors who dealt with us, and also the lead mentor Robert. 

The situation with the VDM really calls into question, whether I can believe you as I really don't, however if you claim De-sync, I am just wondering why you would have tried to overtake me on such a small road with so little room most probably causing a collision between our two vehicles regardless, when you are in clear pursuit of my SUV.

I won't be available too much at current due to being away from home until late on Sunday.

At the risk of a warning point I will add that wes mantooth does have really bad internet and sometimes his gameplay will stop randomly causing massive desync to those around him.
