The buildings in the bank are tempermental, they are there for some and not others. I can say for a fact pettson is not a hacker.

So i made an report and admin said this to me then rejected the report fast so i could not ask him what he did wanted to say so i could avoid in the future so i am gonna ask here. first time i saw it i was googling what is tempermental and it was like something from babyes and it is a emotional attitude. Then " they are there for some and not others" ? there are buildings with emotional attitudes for some and not for others. Sorry i didnt understand but if someone could clear this for me it would be awesome.

The two buildings in the bank are client side. That means some people will see and and other won't. For the people that don't see them they can walk though them, shoot thought them etc.
