Weird arma shadow?

Is this legit?

i quite often run through areas in/out of combat and my guy will turn into the yellow shooting target or I will see a random car window on my screen. Very creepy.

But nope, you can live with Summer in your screen;)

 
What are those weird ass name tags you have?

I've had a really weird glitch once like this, let me try and find the screenshot.
