I understand its based on a UK city but in the UK you can still apply for a weapon licence though the government to protect your land  as a farmer, I understand we can't add farms to roleplay but maybe we could add  weapon licence or a way of getting weapons a little bit more easier as people in this city try to make you pay for weapons around (300k) and then not for filled with the item that was meant to purchased though them. 

Or Just a way of getting weapons just to make it a little bit more entertaining and fun whilst being in the city, as it could make the  police chases more exciting as well

sounds like a frag kiddy. Why do you need a gun to make it fun? my crim characters have only ever had 1 gun between them. Because it doesnt make it fun having a gun.

you can it's called the hunting license where both government and rangers review, and you get a gun. Usually, the only people in UK who get firearms license are those for hunting purposes. Such as Farmers protecting livestock from Foxes or Culling pheasants or deer. or those who have an antique gun museum or own a shooting club. A shotgun license would not work in game due to how powerful shotguns are it would ruin the economy even more.

Player run economy. Dont like the price try to manipulate it. Simple

it shouldn't be any easier as its a UK themed server, if gun licences where added it would result in every pillbox baldie running around with a gun and would just ruin the economy

As you said, this is a UK based server. There are ways to make police chases more ‘exciting’ without a gun fight, (RP your crashes, get out and take it on foot etc). 

If you need weapons to make this ‘entertaining’ then you just come across as someone who wants to constantly shoot - or constantly be in some sort of fight/aggressive RP situation. 

There are ways to make stuff enjoyable without having to shoot everyone.

Gun licences for legally owned firearms is already obtainable within RP. You can get guns that you are allowed to carry, and ones you won't be arrested with.
