Brief Summary: We need Kilts, as this would be cool.
Detailed Suggestion: So basically, my friend is planning a wedding on the server with her fiancé. but I, as her best man, have realised something, no wedding is complete without kilts. Thus I ask that some be added so that me and my fellow Scotsmen feel more at home on the server.
The Pros: It would be cool to have them, and it would help make formal events more formal. Also it would be a laugh to see people running about in kilts. Also may take up development time.
The Cons: Non scots would feel immense pain and jealousy when they see us in their tartan glory.
Does this suggestion change balance on the server ? Yes. It would provide more armour as there is a chance people might shoot our balls of steel.
