Ways of accessing ALUK map with spec tool? offline?

Good day all, I was trying to get some angled recordings for a video I was making but it's quite tricky to get what you want on a full server with a head bob (I know you can turn it off and it was, it still slightly bobs) 

So im wondering if there is a way to access a empty ALUK Map in editor or something which also gives me the use of the spectator cam?

To my knowledge, the file is severely encrypted to stop people stealing the mission file. However im sure if you speak to @Wilco you might be able to arrange something

Im not sure you would get given the map as then you would have access to all the work the management team did and it would be out there publicly however im sure an ingame admin might lend you a hand if their not busy?

I think the only option you would have is to ask someone high up in the management team to grant you admin privileges to access the camera like @Unlucky George had. But you'll have to prove that you are trustworthy and will not interfere with anything for the admins.

Someone might let you on the Dev server and allow zeus or similar. Or you could ask one of the in game admins to record it for you
