Description of what happened: We were chasing a gokart. All of a sudden a player got RDM'd. A few moments later he started to open fire on us. No roleplay at all... We've got him after a few minutes, but we needed to kill him due a glitch. After that he came back and still knew everything what happened.
What Rule Was Broken ?:

I've send him multiple message, but he did not respond to that at all.
