Was unbanned by Wilco but still says that I am banned (Unbanned 24/11/2014)

The problem is that I was banned on the 29th of October for combat logging. I was then unbanned by Wilco and he gave me another chance on the server. The next day I tried to log on and when I tried to it said that I was still banned for the combat log. I really hope that Wilco can help me out. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
