Wanted for Drug Trafficking?

Sometimes when I complete a drug run, nothing happens. On other times, I am notified that I have been added to the wanted database for drug trafficking. Recently, I completed a cocaine run and was added to the database about 2 minutes after leaving the dealer. The question I have is:

What causes you to be added to the wanted list for drug trafficking? Or is it completely random?

The police can question the dealer. It's then up to us to add them names onto the PNC so you become wanted

Police questions DrugDealer. They have to add you on the wanted list for the offence.
