Volvo V90 window tint and under glow bug

i bought myself a volvo v90 yesterday because it was import day and i was wanting one for a while and i went to LS customs to upgrade it and as i got to the window tint i spent 15k to get it the darkest but nothing changed now i dont know if thats a bug or if thats how its meant to be but its the same with the under glow i paid for it but it was not added to the car i dont know if this can be changed or if its something that cant be changed but i would love to have window tint and under glow on the volvo,
