Description of what happened: i had just bought a rock with 17 mags and was driving up to meet with my friends when a hobo just open fired on me and killed me ( no rp)
What Rule Was Broken ?:
3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:
Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: i looked in ts and he was not on i also messaged him in game to come to the [pfe] public room but he did not show
