Summary: VOIP not working after 2.15am issue's

Full Description:
After the server stutter's at 2.15am voice will not work whatsoever for anyone who connects after that time until the 8am restart. Radio & phone calls still work but speaking physically does not work. This is an ongoing issue which started on the 3'rd feb onward.

We are already aware and are looking into the VOIP issues in the mornings.

Thank you for your help in alerting us to this bug, now that all of the required information has been gathered, it's been logged with the development team who will look to fix this. ​
