Voice server connection failed?

I was on here a couple hours ago it was working perfectly fine ive come back on and it says voice server connection failed... i have relogged nothing and checked my setting to make sure voice chat is enabled, it is and it still doesnt work. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know thanks...

kept happening me when i got a new pc recently was down to my voice not being turned on in the settings.
