Virtual Audio Cable over RDP?

I have been trying to setup a TS3 Music Bot on a windows server using VAC, but using Remote Desktop Connection won't allow you to use Virtual Audio Cable, does anyone have any ways to bypass this?

I have tried using TeamViewer, but that's only able to pull the same information as the RDP session, and when the RDP session is disconnected, TeamViewer stops sharing too.

All help is much appreciated.

Thanks,
Kevin.

Was looking for something that would allow me to stream from anything, such as Spotify, YouTube, Any Radio player etc. But I will look into this. Thanks!
That can play most radio stations and music from your PC or youtube. It can be controlled by web panel (need domain for other people though) or chat commands which are simple.

I can give you a hand if you like :)

To get Spotify to work with Virtual Cable, you'll need VNC instead of the normal RDP procedure. The problem with RDP protocol is because Windows always thinks it needs to stream it's audio to your RDP session and disables the virtual cable driver. Try to use VNC for remote desktop usage, and you will be fine :)

I am using a Windows Home Server aswell for my music bot.

Not sure if this would be the same as using TeamViewer, as whenever I disconnected the RDP session, it would lock the account, disallowing TeamViewer from continuing. I will give it a go though.

Yeah, same issue as TeamViewer http://purcell.co/i/7BYnJ5AP6E.png

You can change the settings at the Energy saving options to not let the server get locked, start with that. Then try VNC again.
