Description of what happened:
 
We were robbed and killed while processing diamonds  
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:
 
RDM (rule page is currently down for me- can't post specific number)
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
 
We had a long conversation on TS after the event, where basically I proposed that they comp us for our gear and keep whatever excess they had from our diamonds as they admittedly had the upper hand and we were in the process of surrendering (which they refused). 
 
They raised the point that I pulled out a pistol while they were robbing me, but I had also been told to drop my weapon, and of course the pistol is drawn automatically in the process. I understood that this was a 'heat of the moment' thing, as they saw the pistol, but felt there was poor co-ordination and no real way I could have avoided being killed by this player in this situation. I thought my terms were reasonable given the situation, but they felt they had done nothing wrong and asked me to hand the decision over to the admins, hence the report.

As you can see in the video the guy in front of you tried to spin around and kill me while i was looking at you, right after i kill him you pull a weapon aswell, which makes me think you would do the same as him. After reconsidering the situation i did send you a message about getting the trucks back.

The report is about myself- I'm not saying anything for/about the other player as i didn't have either your or his perspective. I can see how it looked on your side, but as I say what could I myself have done to avoid being killed? I can see you didn't come with the intention of RDMing but I felt the way the robbery was handled, that was always going to be the result for me, so there's little difference. 

I didn't see any message about the trucks unfortunately, as i was on the respawn screen and logged off straight after respawing after about 25 minutes. 

 
I can see it is not your fault that arma makes you pull the pistol, but right after your teammate tried to kill me you pull a gun. i am not gonna stand and wait until you aim and shoot at me. After your teammate had a try, which reason is there for me to believe that you are not going do the same, just seconds after he tried?

 
I do understand that, and that it was a heat of the moment decision for you, but I was put in a position where I was always going to be killed no matter what I did, which I don't feel is fair.

I know you weren't intending to break the rules when you came, it is clearly a mistake from the video, but with the same end result. I would much rather that we can sort out the misunderstanding ourselves than have to take it to here, if you are willing. 

 
You guys are a team, your teammate made a mistake which made you die. this is not longer then that. if a admin decides i was wrong, i did compensate you the 100k.
