Description of what happened: turned up at a petrol robbery, before even having chance to say anything, was shot at and killed
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM = Ban if no role-play, Remember this is a serious roleplay community therefore shooting people on sight with no roleplay is RDM, engage in roleplay at all times.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: tried to messege with no response

Okay so your clear intentions were to go round the back flank him taze him etc, now why did neither of you guys say anything when you stepped outside the car ? Its pretty clear your intentions were not to engage RP 

Now regarding Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: tried to messege with no response ...

I think you find buddy that i indeed did send a reply back from your text which happened to be something along the lines of "Excuse me, you turned up at a gas station robbery and got shot" from which you didnt reply back to me afterwards.

not ethier off the officers involed had textes from you myself included, you are still not allowed to kill without roleplay

Police always do the same thing, they wont RP in till that get in a position to kill you, and if you kill them they shout RDM

The way I see it was RP enough for the police to pull up to robbery with the intention to get around back to take down the person.

Officer why did you not RP when you got out the car. Because you wanted to get somewhere where you could kill the robber right?

no we only just stepped out of a car and bang, we got what maybe 1 or 2 seconds before  even able to say a thing?

Exactly that Bamfon, now if my mate would of said hang on hes talking or negotiating something like that then fair enough okay RDM , but the fact your trying to get into position go around flank get him in your sight quite blatent to an then claim RDM because you werent fast enough is another story

5 seconds actually... And besides what sort of cop / cops would go into a gas robbery without fully assessing their surroundings an just charge into it ? Might of had hostages... civilians there etc but no you just pull up outside an charge no F's given lol

I think both sides could have done better. The Police really should have been more careful especially because as Viper said there could be hostages. Still it would have been nice if Viper would have atleast said something. All in one both sides are to blame.
