Description of what happened:
There was an Orange SUV parked in Kavala hospital car park and Victor started lockpicking it. Myself and another civ asked him to stop - both through RP ("You could get banished for lockpicking that here buddy") and OOC text chat. His only response was to childishly shout down his mic and scream. At this point I decided to record him.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
6E) You are unable to steal vehicles in a green or blue zone (Punishment is a ban)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
No, the player was totally unresponsive and clearly unwilling to talk like an adult.
