vehicle cleanup script only affects destroyed vehicles right?

As the topic states. I wonder if it restore not destroyed vehicles after a certain amount of time?

Left my chopper for about 10-15min out in the wilderness so small chance a cop would come by. When I returned it was gone and I did not see any impound message, I went back as far as I could in message history. I could though have missed it.

I checked the garage and it was back there but I had lost the stuff I stored in it.

If the script restore functional vehicles then I think that function should be removed or increased significantly to about 1,5h or so. Sometimes in bigger operations you plant vehicles with that kind of time horizon.

It was a tough moment in my life when we came back from wreck diving to store some of the treassures in our parked HEMMT box, just to find it gone. And I guarantee you it was so far of the main routes and roads, no cop was there =P
