Quick description of what happened:
I was mining at the copper mine. ;Two red off-roaders came by; I pulled out my pistol and told them to 'stop and identify yourselves'. ;They didn't respond in which I said 'identify yourselves or I'll shoot your tyres'. ;I still didn't get a response so I shot their tyres.  One guy got out and went prone under his vehicle, I saw he was unarmed and ignored him.  I went towards the other guy who when I went towards him, he got out of his truck.  I asked him if he was armed in which he replied 'I've called the cops'.  I saw that he wasn't armed and said to him 'Sorry, was just cautious about my own safety so I wanted to check you guys, as I thought you were trying to rob me/take my copper'.   I then told them 'I am going to go back to mining'.  During my mining process, I was heard a car noise.  It was dark, I turned around and 'Adam', (who was the guy who was the second to get out of his car, and also said he called the police) was moving his off roader towards me, with the headlights shining at me, I got VDM'd.  He didn't further roleplay or interact with me, hence why it was random and not part of our sequence.  I believe he was just pissed that I shot his tyres and acted emotionally, wanting revenge.  His friend's name was 'Claws4life', and although he didn't VDM me, he was present and accompanied 'Adam' when he did VDM me, and didn't make any attempt to report it.
I respawn, race back there in a blue convertable (the 130km/h one), I get there, and just as I do, I see the two red trucks leaving, it was a delay so they probably DID mine copper and didn't intend to rob me (which is confirmed by the fact that they were unarmed, but this isn't the issue here, the VDM is).  I realise I can outrun them, and I start following them (as I'm pissed I got VDM'd, but I didn't retaliate in any irrational way).  They decide to slow down and they split up, one continues at max speed, the other goes at slow speed, so I think the guy who VDM'd me was the guy at slow speed, trying to bait me into chasing the faster one.  I speak to the 'slower one', who turns out to be 'Claws4life', after following him, going in his car when he didn't want me to, he tells me Adam was the one who VDM'd me, I took screenshots of our conversation, however, none of them came out (bar 1 which I may have only selected to upload 1 on steam accidentally).  He basically confirms 'Adam's' guilt.  He even agrees to pay me 40k for what I lost, but as I knew it wasn't him, I didn't want the money from him, I wanted the money from Adam, and more than 40k.  Before this conversation with 'Claws4life' I actually had a massive chase with both of them, where I tries to pull them both over.  During this chase, I DIDN'T know their names, so had to chase them and find out the VDMer, instead of recovering my covered Zabrak, as I know some of you might argue "Well you chose to leave your Zabrak behind, thus you don't deserve to be refunded that", my counter argument to that is that if the bannable and illegal (not illegal in an RPG sense) action of VDM didn't occur, then I wouldn't have been put in such a situation in the first place, thus it's not fair to say I had this choice WHICH DERIVED FROM AN UNFAIR ILLEGAL SITUATION and I WOULDN'T have been in if it wasn't for this illegal/bannable event.
Anyway, after talking to 'Claws4life' (whom I believe is somewhat guilty for not reporting his friend's illegal actions, but I don't want him to be punished, he lost everything and his car broke down in the middle of no where after I chased him and stopped him to  get his name - at this point I actually began to feel a bit sorry for him, but at the same time, he did try to run away and he did side with someone who committed an illegal/bannable offense, so meeeh) I realise 'Adam' was the VDMer, he was reluctant to grass his friend up.  Adam got away.  They both logged off the server after I camped in their vehicle, pestered them for a while and followed them in the mission to try and get their names and work out who was the offender here.
That's my moderately detailed account of what happened.  There was a lot of chasing by me, and me pestering them, camping in their vehicle, following them, until I figured out their names and what actually happened
The only screenshot I have is one with me pulling them over after chasing them from the mines.  I did break their wheels in doing so, however, I felt like the situation to catch a criminal, requires a somewhat aggressive, but relatively minor by comparison action to make sure the server is safer/they don't do this again/I (hopefully) get compensated.  The screenshot actually fits in pretty well with my story.  After the one slow/one fast split by them, the fast one, 'Adam' came back and tried to pick up 'Claws4life' and run away, however, me standing next to him disallowed for this manuvere, and I eventually managed to sneak into driving his car, and crash it so I could finally retreive his name.
I don't want to put myself out here like the bad guy, but you must understand in the heat of the moment I acted rationally to acheive  the name of the bad guy. I hope you can appreciate my intentions and my honesty in my story here.

As you can see there's the two red wrecked off roaders I mentioned from way earlier in the story and their damaged tyres and the two players 'Adam' (the offender) and his accomplice 'Claws4life'.
'Claws4life' was denying the fact that I tried to shoot their tyres at the copper mine and thus that solicited them to run me over. &nbsp;a) That's not true, I felt like he was just bending the story because he didn't want to admit he was wrong/get his friend in trouble/he suspected I was looking for evidence to use against him.
Assuming it was true (which it's not), it still doesn't solicit his mate to run me over.&nbsp;</p>

We will investigate every lost item report and if you are being untruthful then you will be banned.
Please do this, as I said, I don't have MUCH evidence, so this would help me out greatly.
I hope through sheer effort that I've put in this post that you believe everything I've said here and that compensates for the small amount of evidence I have. ;I've put it down as truthfully as possible.
Found evidence today, where Claws4life and Adam were arguing. ;I strongly believe it was Adam who VDM'd me, I took screenshots of Claws4life saying it was Adam and both of them identifying the fact that I got VDM'd:<
