Are police allowed to VDM a nhs member without helping them out lying on the side of the road bleeding out?

I mean if it was a road traffic accident I would hope that the police might help you. Whether it was VDM or not would have to be verified by video footage.

i see is there a way to let AR know they cant do that or do they just do their own thing?

This is giving a very situational vibe to it. Clearly VDM is against the rules no matter who/what it is, I don't think the Question/Answer thread is needed but still. If the police or AR as you have targeted, are VDMing you while you are on as a medic, there is clearly a worrying thing we are missing here. What could you do to deal with that situation step by step?:

  • Step 1) Figure out intent - If it seemed like an accident and you think it was a mere slip up, do not progress onto step 2.

  • Step 2) Figure out names - Find the individuals name either via looking above their head, or via keychain (Y > Drop down box to view names in proximity). Retain this information for future reference, DO NOT USE THE NAME IN ROLEPLAY. You will likely need the latter of the options as Police Specialized units typically wear masks to conceal identity. After you have gotten their name, progress onto step 3.

  • Step 3) Confrontation (Optional but suggested) - You should attempt to contact the individual on teamspeak, politely asking them into their liaison room or just talk via PM's. If you both come to a meeting point or equalibrium, do not continue to step 4. (There is a chance that certain individuals might be toxic/malicious during the liaison, if you have video/audio proof of this please skip Step 4 and go straight onto Step 5, and supply the evidence along side the rest of the required proof - We are very strict when it comes to attitude in laisions)

  • Step 4) Police Complaints Comission (Optional) - If you would like to deal with the situation in roleplay, and not make a formal report on the individual, you can always go through the process of making a PCC, this is a public roleplay based form that allows you to show your case to the Police's Complaint comission who will see both sides and attempt to figure out who was in the wrong, and punish them accordingly. You can fill this out here:
If you think the VDM was with intent, Ignore this step, and progress onto Step 5.

  • Step 5) Player Report - If you think that their intentions was to VDM you, and you don't want to go through the roleplay route. The final resort is issuing a player report on the offending party, In the report you should administer 5 minutes of video evidence. This should only be done if confrontation has failed and a PCC isn't justified. You can find this here:

  • Step 6) Compensation Request (Situational/Optional) - If you have lost equipment or anything of value in the VDM, you are welcomed to make a Compensation request, this will be allowed once a player report has been successfull and will allow you to gain compensation for the gear lost. You can find it here:
