Description of what happened:
Me and SPC Archie were involved in a bank op and were hovering over Kavala to spot people going to the gold buyer. I then saw some vehicles up ahead and checked out the situation. "WillyWonka" came in and hit some guy who was in the middle of the road, which might have been an accident. But he then later turned around and proceeded to get out of his way to hit this man again. I then meta-gamed his name because he was clearly breaking the rules.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
3A) VDM - Vehicle Death Match Definition:
Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, using a vehicle with the purpose of making it explode are all considered a form of VDM here (Punishment is a ban)
You are allowed to immobilize MRAPS (Hunters/Striders/Ifrits), as long as you are in an MRAP aswell. This is because these are some of the only vehicles inside of the game that do not explode upon tapping eachother. Using any other vehicle as a weapon will result in a ban.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
The person in question logged out soon after this incident and I have not seen him on teamspeak
