Quick description of what happened: Driving from UMNC Board, Offroad starts beeping his horn, over takes me and nearly hits me. Then slows down in front of me. I pull the left to avoid a crash, he turns his car while almost stationary to block the road off completely. I collide, explode and die. He seems fine as I hear him reving around. I then CTD shortly after the car explodes.
