VDM Rule Clarification

Okay, so recently all ive been hearing is VDM, VDM, VDM, Ohh im reporting you for VDM. 

Its getting pretty annoying now people complaining about vdm. Can people please realise its VDM when someone purposely crashes into you to immobilise your car or to hurt/kill you. Having a car accident is not VDM. It happens just like it happens in real life. These things happen and it is not vdm. So can people just stop crying VDM if someone accidentally crashes into your car. Its getting pretty Ridiculous now.
