VDM (Ramming an un-manned car in the middle of the road)

So i've been banned for VDM'ing SPC Jake, i've already been talking to him about it on TS, but he wanted me to bring an apologize on the forums. 

So..

What happened was that i was speeding down the main road in kavala, when suddenly i see a parked SUV on the road, and on the other side, next to the road theres loads of cops and civilians sorting out something... So i did my best to avoid hitting the people, which made me hit the car and cause it to blow up, and unfortunately kill Jake. - Sorry about that, i'll do my very best for that not to happen again.

I'll compensate people if i VDM them, and ofcourse i'll give them an apologize.

don't bump requests, i was told not to as it puts you at the bottom and they work from the top down.

Ok thats fine if you understand what happened was wrong and against server rules, If you see civs on the road slow down to avoid VDM.
