VDM if someones in the middle of the road with a gun

Pretty familiar with the rules, but can you VDM someone if they are in the middle of the road with a gun telling me to stop? Surely you are able to?

No, It's still against server rules. Try to avoid them as much as you can!

I dont believe you have ever been able to they are trying to create roleplay by making you stop and interact with them so i dint see why you would have ever been able to, since i have played it has always been VDM, i mean if you were driving and he ran into the street and shouted stop before you could i would see that as reasonable to a degree.

Hello.

The way you explain it its considered to be VDM, The only time its Not VDM is when a person jumps in front of your vehicle and you are unable to turn or avoid him. Then he is in the rong. 

Its Always best to avoid it. If you steer away from him even the slightest its no longer VDM. 

If you have hit him and you want to speak to him i suggest using the sidechat as VDM is a server rule. People might feel different about that part so il leave that up to you.

The idea about hitting someone with a pistol trying to rob you sounds local as in real life you might do the same.

How ever.. on this community its still set as VDM this to prevent abuse of it.
