Description of what happened: PLF and GC had manned the checkpoint, we spotted a hemmt box scouting us and turn to run, we gave chased, meow drove up ahead giving ample warnings, and Vertigo ran him over, i continued chasing clearly trying to stop him, again Meow drove up ahead and again tried to stop him this time shooting his tyres to no avail we carried on the chase to which Vertigo combat stored the hemmt.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes i got this response.

To be fair there's clearly a lot of desync present from looking at your video, so Vertigo's argument that he was 5m away on his screen and didn't vdm has a foundation. As for the 'combat store', there's a difference between common sense and breaking server rules. I can see that 'combat storing' is bloody frustrating but you can see his point of view also. Just because you say it's a rule doesn't make it so as I can't seem to find any mention of it in the rules section. Bad form maybe, but hardly bannable. I would however agree that it should be added to the official server rules.
