Description of what happened: As you see in the provided video Min. Bellyke wasn't even driving on the road. As he's coming towards me I swerve onto the other side of the road to avoid being hit should he return to the road offering him some road space. He very quickly sees me and pulls onto the road and if you look closely you can see him purposely drive into me after he's finished typing in side chat.
What Rule Was Broken ?: VDM - Ramming with a vehicle.
