VDM by Viktor while he hopped into my hemmet at the garage and sold it

Description of what happened:
 he jumped into my hemmet box truck right after spawning it at Agios garage, without any interaction whatsoever and drove off to the chop shop, and sold it. i managed to follow him but he got away from me, and did not reply to my messages ingame. after less than 5 minutes, Viktor disconnected from the server. And thats how i lost my hemmet box truck in less than 5 minutes
What Rule Was Broken ?:
VDM, and i guess its not allowed to jump into someones vehicle without interaction?
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
 yes i tried to message him but he didnt answer my messages and disconnected from the server

i had to edit the photo so i could get it uploaded here, i have more and clearer screenshots i can provide somehow if needed. i have also made a compensation request for losing my hemmet box truck.

Denied - Truck appears to be driving in a straight line from the garage, any VDM will have been caused by you running into the truck - 05/10/2015
