Hi. Im rewriting my ban appeal as i see that others posting after me gets porcessed, making me belive theres something wrong with my orginal ban appeal.
I got banned for VDM at the 9th of June. What happned was that i were driving armound in Kavala after picking up my friend whom just had started on the server. Soon after picking him up, a police car started following us with the sirens on, so i pulled over to the side. I was asked to get out of the veichle, so i did, and because i was holding a SMG i said i was going to put it in my backpack. After that, the police officer explained that he was going to restrain me as i had a weapond for his own safty (quite logical. He restrained me maybe 1-2M away for my car. I was asking if i had broken any laws by any chance, and right when he was to explain why i was pulled over, someone jumped into my car (wasnt locked) and drove over both me and the officer.
Later, my friend got restrained because of his attitude against the police, and i was driving slowly past them a few times (as driving in a circle around a block) probing them to hopefully being able to drive over to my friend so he could jump into the car and we could escape. On my last pass, there was a explosion, damaging my cars wheels, stranding my car. A minute later i was banned with the ban message "KR VDM 0906".
From my point of view i have done nothing wrong, and that it must have been some kind of a missunderstanding. My veichle was used in a VDM, yes, but i was restrained 1 or 2 meters away from it, facing the front, so i would have no possibility of jumping into the car to kill the officer. I also died, losing 50-60K worth of equipment (which might not be much to you, but i've been robbed for all my starter cash making it a bid deal for me).
