Various Colour on Uniforms

Is something like this possible to implement?

Its basically the MERC uniform, in different colours.

Why? Possible for those gangs who want their soldiers / members to look alike, and with some sort of a "standard - uniform".

I know there will be gangs that will look the same, but I still believe that most gangs will still run around like they do today (where they dress as each individuals want).

Any thaughts @Wilco , @Ciaran?

Tried these uniforms in editor, they are quite nice!
